Coyotes beat Flames to end skid at 6

The Phoenix Coyotes went from desperation to celebration in a matter of minutes. Shane Doan scored 54 seconds into overtime to lift Phoenix past the Calgary Flames 3-2 on Thursday night and snap the Coyotes' six-game losing streak.

Doan's goal capped a furious five minutes for the Coyotes. Steven Reinprecht sent it into overtime with a goal with 4:50 remaining and Flames goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff stopped a handful of other scoring chances.
